Organizational Structure: There are 10 to 25 thousand people in the general one (1) union. Each union is divided into 9 wards. The council was formed with a chairman and 12 members of the Union Parishad. It is a very important organizational structure at the grassroots level. The Chairman Union is run by the voters and one ward from every ward of 9 wards is voted by the respective wards. In the case of reserved women seats, each union is divided into 3 groups and 3 women are elected.
